Architect
Full-time / Starting immediately
We are looking for an Architect who cares deeply about design quality, exhibits a high degree of initiative, and values the collaborative flow of a dedicated studio.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract concepts and physical reality, taking responsibility for projects across various scales, from architecture and interiors to landscape and urban design. You are someone who finds beauty in restraint, respects context, and understands that good architecture must serve, inspire, and belong.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop projects through all architectural phases, from initial site research and preliminary concepts to detailed design and execution documentation.
- Translate design concepts into highly precise technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, external consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained on-site.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of curiosity, precision, and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the studio’s participation in global architectural competitions and research-by-design initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Architecture with professional experience (typically 3–5+ years) handling projects from concept to execution.
- A refined design sensibility aligned with our philosophy, favoring clarity over excess and permanence over temporary trends.
- Strong technical proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling software (e.g., BIM with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and passive/sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Fluency in Albanian and English (French or German are a plus).
Junior Architect
Full-time / Starting immediately
As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with architects across multiple disciplines, gaining expertise and experience in a studio environment that values every voice in the conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in the study and preliminary phases of new projects through contextual research, diagramming, and model-making.
- Assist in producing architectural drawings, detailed plans, and 3D models for presentations, client meetings, and permitting.
- Develop high-quality architectural visualizations and renderings to make concepts tangible.
- Contribute creatively to design competitions, brainstorming sessions, and material research.
- Maintain and organize project documentation with high attention to detail.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Architecture (recent graduates or individuals with 1–2 years of studio experience).
- Strong graphic and visualization skills, with proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., BIM with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- An alignment with our aesthetic values: an appreciation for harmony, proportion, and quiet, enduring design.
- An eager, proactive learner who welcomes feedback and approaches tasks with care and precision.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive within a close-knit team.
- Fluency in Albanian and English (French or German are a plus).
