HOYA is a forward-thinking mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial, and public spaces to create a dynamic, sustainable neighborhood. The project aims to create an integrated and sustainable urban and architectural development in New Pristina, linking built spaces with green areas. The focus is on creating an environment that promotes the use of shared spaces and activities to ensure a positive experience and encourage harmonious coexistence among residents. The architectural and urban design seeks to provide functional and harmonious spaces with materials and finishes that foster authentic connections with the surrounding environment and contribute to improving the quality of life.
The integration of infrastructure and green spaces supports sustainability and resource efficiency, creating a modern and sustainable area for residents. It aims to promote the use of public and sustainable transportation, improving connections within and outside the area. This development will contribute to creating an innovative zone that maintains a balance between practical needs, aesthetics, and sustainability, serving as a model for future urban developments.
